By creating an account and using The Adventure Dog App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account information: Your name and email address when you register.

Dog profile: Details you choose to add about your dog, such as name, breed, age, and a profile photo, along with your favourite activity.

Content you contribute: Places you add (name, location, photos, descriptions, amenities), reviews, and ratings you submit.

Location data: With your permission, we use your device location to show nearby places on the map and to centre the map on your current position.

Usage data: Information about how you use the app, including engagement metrics such as Paw Points earned.

We use your information to:

• Provide and personalise the Service, including showing nearby spots and your saved favourites.
• Display the content you contribute to other users of the community.
• Recognise your contributions through features like Paw Points.
• Maintain and improve the app and its features.
• Respond to your support requests and reports.

The Adventure Dog App is a community app. Content you contribute — including places you add, reviews, photos, and your dog's name — may be visible to other users. Your account email and location are not shown publicly.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app (such as hosting and map providers), and where required by law or to respond to reports of inappropriate content.

We keep your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. If you add places or reviews and then delete your account, the places and reviews you contributed remain visible to the community, but are no longer linked to your profile.

You can:

• Access and update your profile information within the app.
• Delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings menu.
• Request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us.

The Adventure Dog App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
